As part of a multi-person After Sales & Maintenance team, you will independently provide expert advice and support to customers by phone and e-mail
You will act as the interface to internal and field sales teams as well as external partners
Preparing service and maintenance quotes and handling order processing are part of your responsibilities
You commission and schedule external service providers
You analyze and process incoming fault reports and manage these and service requests in the ticketing system
You contribute to the development and optimization of customer service processes
As deputy team leader, you support the team leader and represent them during their absence
Requirements
Completed commercial vocational training (e.g., wholesale and foreign trade clerk, freight forwarding clerk) or an equivalent qualification, ideally combined with an affinity for technical products
Experience in customer service and/or project management
Strong service orientation and excellent communication skills, with enjoyment of telephone communication and dealing with demanding and international customers/partners; a competent and professional demeanour
Very good German skills, both written and spoken, as well as good English skills; routine use of common MS Office programs and ERP systems
Hands-on mentality combined with an independent, highly conscientious and goal-oriented working style, plus teamwork and composure even under high workloads
