Promote and sustain an agile culture in the teams' day-to-day work.
Facilitate all agile ceremonies (Planning, Daily, Refinement, Review, and Retrospective).
Work closely with teams and leadership to ensure clear, continuous communication.
Use metrics and data to support decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
Ensure transparency, monitoring, and visual management of work.
Proactively remove impediments.
Maintain constant communication, including under pressure and frequent change.

Solid knowledge of agile methodologies, with a strong focus on Scrum and practical agile practices.
Experience with Azure DevOps (ADO).
Fluent Spanish, regularly used in the work environment.
Fluent or advanced English.
Availability to work in a hybrid model, with on-site presence when required.
Excellent communication, organizational skills, and a strong sense of responsibility.
