Develop compelling narratives and executive-ready dashboards that translate multi-channel data into actionable strategies for senior leadership.
Partner with Data Science, Engineering, and Product teams to ensure data integrity and provide insights for tactical decision-making.
Define and promote standards for data visualization and reporting to ensure consistent, professional output across the insights function.
Requirements
Minimum of 7 years experience in a data-heavy environment, ideally within entertainment, e-commerce, or retail.
A tertiary degree in a quantitative field (e.g. Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or Data Science).
Proven record of going beyond simple reporting to deliver strategic insights that drive commercial growth.
Possess a strong understanding of the wider data ecosystem, including data science and ML methodologies.
Have expert-level knowledge of SQL and use of tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker to create high-performance, intuitive dashboards.
Experience using hands-on guidance and standard-setting to elevate a team's technical abilities.
The ability to transform complex data into clear stories that focus on "the why" behind the numbers and turn vague business questions into structured, actionable analytical projects.
