Develop and execute comprehensive IT strategy aligned with business objectives
Manage and lead IT teams including developers, security analysts, support technicians, and vendor relationships
Oversee enterprise hardware and software programs and infrastructure

10+ years of experience in information technology roles
5+ years of management and leadership experience in IT environments
Proven experience managing diverse IT teams and cross-functional collaboration
Strong understanding of enterprise infrastructure, cloud platforms, and security frameworks
Hands on experience with Microsoft Azure, O365, ServiceNow
Experience with federal technology compliance requirements and security standards including CMMC 2.0 and the Risk Management Framework, ITAR
Project management experience with large-scale technology implementations
Bachelor's in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field
US Citizenship required
