You plan, manage and support projects in the banking environment — from initiation and controlling to successful completion.
You take responsibility for quality and coordinate small teams.
You develop and optimize project structures, own schedule, resource and budget planning, and ensure compliance with standards.
You perform controlling tasks, prepare status reports and presentations for management and stakeholders, and monitor KPIs.
You act as the point of contact for clients and project teams, facilitate meetings and ensure transparent communication.
You contribute to the further development of PMO processes, tools and methods and support presales activities when needed.
You share your knowledge with colleagues and support their development.
Requirements
You hold a degree in economics, business informatics or a comparable qualification.
You have several years of experience in project management or a Project Management Office and have successfully supported or managed projects (preferably in the banking sector).
You are familiar with both classic and agile methods and work confidently with tools such as Jira, MS Project and Confluence.
You have strong analytical thinking, a structured way of working and a high level of quality awareness.
You are communicative, solution-oriented and able to interact professionally with clients and stakeholders.
Self-initiative, organizational skills and the ability to coordinate small teams complete your profile.
Certifications such as IPMA or Scrum Master are a plus.
You have very good German and English language skills.
