Role Overview
Drive outbound and inbound motion to generate qualified pipeline.
Use and shape the tools and workflows that enable pipeline velocity and efficiency.
Partner with RevOps, Marketing, and Sales Teams to ensure our GTM engine runs like a connected growth machine.
Conduct qualification using MEDDPICC or equivalent frameworks to ensure high conversion quality.
Monitor CRM hygiene and enforce data quality standards to ensure accurate reporting.
Requirements
2+ years of Sales Development, Business Development, or GTM-adjacent experience.
Proven experience with Salesforce, Outreach, HubSpot, or similar CRM and engagement platforms.
Comfort with AI-powered sales tools, automation platforms, and data intelligence tools.
