Act as the regional custodian for the Customer Data, Equipment Data or Sales Materials and Sales Routings Data domain
Execute global data governance policies and standards regionally with the support of local data Key Users
Serve as the primary regional contact for data-related questions, issues, and change requests
Collaborate closely with Global Data Stewards and Data Owners to ensure adherence to GDPR and regional compliance requirements
Coordinate data lifecycle activities and actively promote data literacy through training and enablement
Monitor and improve data quality KPIs (completeness, accuracy, timeliness, consistency, uniqueness)
Govern master/reference data lifecycle (requests, approvals, changes, retirement) and maintain metadata/business glossaries aligned with global policies
Requirements
Degree or equivalent practical experiences in Data Management, (Business) Informatics, Engineering, or Business Administration
Hands on experience with data management tools (e.g. SAP, Excel) and operational master data maintenance for several years
Strong grasp of data processes, data quality techniques, data modeling basics, and integrated IT landscapes
Analytical mindset with high attention to detail and reliability
Strong written and spoken English skills
Readiness for occasional regional travel for workshops, audits, and Go‑Lives (in deployment up to 50%)
Data management certifications (e.g. CDMO, DAMA) and familiarity with agile project methods are advantageous
