Shape and maintain Husqvarna Group’s security governance framework
Own and develop policies, standards, and control requirements for internal digital assets
Ensure controls have clear ownership and establish follow-up and monitoring processes
Lead third-party cybersecurity risk management process, including assessments
Support Procurement and Legal during vendor onboarding and contract evaluations
Assist with risk assessments, compliance activities, and audit processes
Provide clear KPIs, data-driven insights, and structured reporting to stakeholders

Experience from information security, risk management, or compliance
Understanding of industry frameworks such as ISO 27000, NIST, and CIS
Solid grasp of enterprise security architecture
Strong ability to organize, document, and communicate complex information
Experience in harmonizing and integrating security controls across organizations
Ability to work effectively with IT and business stakeholders in a global context
