Design, develop, and launch AI agents, integrations, and automations that connect customer tech stacks.
Connect DevRev with SaaS and non-SaaS platforms through APIs and real-time communication architectures.
Optimize AI performance, apply prompt engineering, enhance agent accuracy.
Write SQL queries, perform data analysis, build dashboards for insights.
Develop proofs-of-concept, conduct technical demos, refine solutions.
Maintain communication loops with customers and cross-functional teams.
Guide customers through critical workflows and be willing to travel up to 30%.

3+ years in software development, systems integration, or platform engineering
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
Strong proficiency in TypeScript/JavaScript, Python, data structures and algorithms.
Familiarity with large language models (LLMs), prompt engineering.
Deep experience with large-scale data synchronization, API integration patterns, and event-driven architectures.
Hands-on experience deploying on serverless and edge platforms with modern DevOps practices.
Skilled in data mapping, schema alignment, and understanding of data modeling.
Experience implementing clear logging, actionable error surfacing
Familiarity with Model Context Programming for building adaptive integrations.
Strong track record in problem-solving and documentation skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
