Role Overview
- Define the long-term technical roadmap for the ServiceNow ecosystem.
- Lead the design of complex integrations, custom applications, and automated workflows across modules.
- Establish and enforce development standards, code reviews, and best practices.
- Work closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical blueprints.
- Stay ahead of ServiceNow releases to evaluate new features.
Requirements
- 12+ years in IT
- 5+ years specifically focused on ServiceNow architecture and advanced development.
- Mastery of JavaScript, Glide API, Service Portal (AngularJS/Widget development), and IntegrationHub.
- Strong understanding of LDAP, SSO, SCIM, Mid-Servers, and REST/SOAP integrations.
- Excellent mentorship abilities and the capacity to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Bonus: Master's degree in Computer Science or a closely related discipline.
- Preferred Certifications: CSA, CAD, CIS in CSM and ITSM, CTA, CMA
