Manage intervention requests and authorizations (hot work permits, entry permits, lockouts/tagouts).
Verify regulatory compliance of interventions (work at height, electrical work, hazardous substances, ATEX...).
Conduct site-specific safety briefings for external companies.
Perform field audits during interventions (compliance with the plan, use of PPE, marked-off zones).
Contribute to the management of simultaneous operations and ensure appropriate preventive measures are in place.
Train and raise awareness among new employees and contractors.
Contribute to the organization and tracking of mandatory training (fire safety, authorizations, manual handling, ATEX, etc.).
Promote a safety culture among employees and external workers.
Incident management and follow-up: Participate in the analysis of accidents, incidents and near-misses.
Monitor safety indicators.
Requirements
Knowledge of occupational health & safety regulations and the management of simultaneous operations (prevention plans, hot work permits, lockouts/tagouts, protocols).
Ability to perform field safety audits and inspections.
Mastery of procedures related to external contractors.
Strong communication, teaching and awareness-raising skills.
Degree: Bac +2 / Bac +3 in Hygiene, Safety, Environment (HSE) or equivalent.
Electrical authorization (NF C18-510).
Occupational First Aider (SST).
ATEX / Fire / Work-at-height training.
Knowledge of the ISO 45001 standard.
