About this role
Role Overview
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads, with a focus on new user acquisition and direct conversion;
- Ensure accurate data tracking and conversion mapping via GTM (Google Tag Manager);
- Develop effective audience targeting strategies to reach the desired audience;
- Create, test, and analyze creatives and audiences, running continuous A/B tests;
- Monitor key performance metrics daily (CPA, CTR, ROAS, LTV, etc.);
- Analyze user behavior data to identify opportunities to improve the customer journey;
- Collaborate with content, design, and product teams to develop effective creatives aligned with marketing strategy;
- Implement and manage pixels, tags, and UTM parameters to ensure effective campaign tracking;
- Monitor access data and results in GA4;
- Produce performance reports with strategic insights and recommendations for improvement;
- Conduct market benchmarking and anticipate trends in channels and formats.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Engineering, Advertising, Business Administration, or related fields;
- Proven experience managing paid media campaigns on platforms such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads;
- Experience managing high-budget campaigns;
- Knowledge of analytics and tagging tools, such as Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and HubSpot;
- Experience managing full-funnel ad accounts, working across all funnel stages (awareness, consideration, conversion, purchase);
- Analytical and logical mindset, with ease working with, analyzing, and communicating data (spreadsheets and presentations);
- Proactive profile with excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team;
- Intermediate English (for reading benchmarks, platform documentation, and reports).
