Run and support the live D365 F&O environment
Act as a key point of contact between business users and technical teams
Ensure ERP data is accurate, structured, and available to internal stakeholders
Maintain and improve integrations between D365, Azure, Microsoft Fabric, and Power BI
Troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and implement improvements
Improve reporting consistency, data quality, and governance
Support business users and help develop internal capability
Document processes and establish scalable platform practices

Proven experience supporting and running a live D365 Finance & Operations environment
Strong understanding of D365 F&O data structures, integrations, and business processes
Experience integrating D365 data into Azure, Microsoft Fabric, and/or Power BI
Experience working directly with business stakeholders and translating requirements into solutions
Ability to operate independently with minimal supervision
Comfortable working within a small team and advising CIO-level leadership
