Design and format print-based training materials, including QRGs, SOPs, job aids, workbooks, signage, and handouts.
Develop PowerPoint presentations for instructor-led training, leadership sessions, and field rollouts.
Carry out graphic design tasks from concept through final production.
Translate raw instructional content into clean, visually engaging layouts.
Be reliable, detail-oriented, and a collaborative team player.
Take creative direction and implement feedback efficiently.
Prioritize and work on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Take ownership and responsibility for assigned training design projects.
Work closely with Training Team and subject-matter experts across departments.
Develop and work with both internal and external content providers.
Ensure all materials meet brand and training design standards.
Ability to work varying shifts as needed to support business needs.
Requirements
1–3 years of experience in graphic design, print design, or training design support
Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Microsoft PowerPoint
Strong layout, typography, and visual hierarchy skills
Experience designing multipage documents, workbooks, and training materials
Ability to convert complex operational content into clean, accessible visuals
Excellent attention to detail and strong time-management skills
Portfolio demonstrating print and presentation design work required.
Preferred qualities include experience supporting Learning & Development or Instructional Design teams, as well as familiarity with LMS platforms, eLearning workflows, and SCORM-ready graphics.
