Project Management Consultant

Role Overview

• Support project execution across electrical, transmission, substation, or grid‑compliance programs
• Maintain schedules, milestones, and action tracking using MS Project and Smartsheet
• Coordinate with engineering, operations, vendors, and compliance team members
• Track risks, costs, and deliverables; support change management
• Prepare status reports, meeting notes, and project documentation
• Participate in project meetings and site visits.

Requirements

• 0–5+ years of experience in project management, engineering support, or utility/energy projects
• Electrical Engineering degree preferred (or equivalent power/utility experience)
• Experience or exposure to Grid compliance or regulated utility programs and or Transmission lines, substations, or power infrastructure
• Familiarity with MS Project, Smartsheet, and Microsoft Office
• Utility or NERC‑related project exposure is preferred
• Field experience with substations or transmission assets
• Consulting or contract‑based project experience
