About this role
Role Overview
Review and resolve invoice discrepancies, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
Address and correct vendor invoice submissions that do not match Purchase Orders.
Manage freight handling invoice discrepancies with relevant team members.
Process vendor banking changes in the Purchaser's ERP system to update payment information.
Collaborate with vendors and other teams to resolve issues and ensure payment of invoices.
Maintain accurate records of all invoice and vendor interactions.
Support the Supply Chain department with administrative tasks related to invoice and vendor information management records.
Create reports on invoice discrepancies and vendor issues for management review.
Explain processes, requirements, and next steps to suppliers in simple, helpful terms.
Detail‑oriented when reviewing supplier documentation and onboarding requirements.
Requirements
We prefer an associate or bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field; we require a high school diploma or equivalent.
Experience an administrative role within a supply chain, procurement, or finance department.
Experience working directly with suppliers; comfortable with external communication.
Customer‑service mindset.
Can explain processes, requirements, and next steps to suppliers in simple, helpful terms.
You can anticipate supplier questions or roadblocks.
