Assist with entering and monitoring transactions in the SAP system, ensuring data accuracy
Create purchase requisitions for materials and supplies, following established procedures and tracking order status
Monitor and update inventory control spreadsheets and other production-related records
Assist in supply management, including tracking inbound and outbound movements and monitoring stock levels
Support the preparation and maintenance of cost-control spreadsheets, analyzing and reporting expenses and savings
