Role Overview
- help develop growth plans and spearhead execution for a portfolio of brands
- engage partners in growth strategy conversations
- introduce and execute new DoorDash product opportunities
- execute co-marketing campaigns with partners
- develop and foster partner relationships
- conduct Quarterly Business Reviews with partners
- determine the needs and wants of merchants
- serve as the primary point of contact for all issues
- drive operational improvement with partners
- collaborate with internal teams to ensure best experience
Requirements
- 3-5+ years of experience in consulting, client success, account management, or sales
- Proven success working in cross-functional teams (e.g., with product, marketing, and operations)
- Expert communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor’s degree required
