Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and compliance of all accounting processes.
Manage end‑to‑end bookkeeping, financial reporting, and statutory requirements.
Verify the formal and accounting correctness of financial documents.
Record accounting documents in the system in accordance with Polish Accounting Act.
Manage trade settlements and balance reconciliation.
Participate in month‑end and year‑end closing processes.
Prepare statutory and corporate reports like GUS, JPK VAT, CIT.
Work in accounting and workflow systems such as JDE and SAP Concur.
Perform additional tasks from the Chief Accountant or Finance Director.
Requirements
Relevant educational background in accounting, finance, or related fields.
Strong practical understanding of Polish accounting and tax regulations.
Strong communication skills.
Ability to set priorities and effective time management.
Good command of spoken and written English for daily collaboration.
