Recruit, onboard, and grow a strong network of LG Pro Dealers across the region
Design and deliver impactful business and technical training—both in person and virtually
Continuously enhance onboarding processes and monitor contractor performance
Identify performance gaps and launch initiatives that help partners thrive
Develop and execute sales plans aligned with revenue and unit objectives
Support distribution partners through marketing collaboration, training, and sales enablement
Partner with cross-functional teams on go-to-market strategies and inventory planning
Deliver accurate pipeline forecasts and competitive market insights
Build trusted, goal-aligned relationships with distributors, vendors, and internal teams
Lead “train-the-trainer” initiatives to empower distribution reps and LG sales teams
Represent LG at trade shows, industry events, and association meetings—bringing the Life’s Good brand to life
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field
7+ years of experience in HVAC sales, contractor development, or wholesale channel management
Demonstrated success managing distributor and dealer networks
Strong presentation, training, and communication skills
Solid business acumen across sales, operations, and marketing
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
Ability to manage a multi-state territory with up to 60–70% travel
Highly organized, adaptable, and energized by a fast-paced, evolving environment
