Develop, implement, and maintain scalable strategies to mitigate financial risks associated with money movement and referral programs.
Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across Banking, Invest, Analytics, Data Science, and Product teams to align risk strategies with company growth.
Query complex data environments to convert raw data into actionable information and automated processes; increase the analytic rigor used to drive key initiatives on the Risk and Product roadmaps.
Define, monitor, and report on daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs; proactively escalate anomalies and drive improvements in loss budgets while balancing customer false-positive rates.
Develop a deep understanding of the technical infrastructure supporting our core products to identify and address potential vulnerabilities effectively.
Make meaningful contributions to reducing financial losses and expenses, ensuring our risk practices are best-in-class and customer-focused.

BS in Business, Finance, Math, or another technical field.
3–5 years of experience in an operational, analytical, or risk-focused role, preferably within a financial institution.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proficiency in converting data into scalable processes.
