About this role
Role Overview
- Conduct structured food safety audits four times per year per brand
- Ensuring compliance with HACCP, hygiene standards, and internal quality benchmarks
- Each audit: approx. 2–2.5 hours on site
- Average workload: 6–7 hours per week
- Some evening and weekend audits on an ad hoc basis
- National travel required
Requirements
- Registered self-employed consultant in Sweden
- Strong experience in food safety auditing (QSR/restaurant sector highly desirable)
- Solid knowledge of Swedish food safety regulations and HACCP
- Independent, reliable, and structured in your reporting
- Professional communicator with strong stakeholder management skills
- Fluent in Swedish and English (spoken and written)
- Available to start ASAP
