Role Overview
- Cold-calling into targeted accounts, lists or researched contacts
- Communicating value proposition over the phone
- Identify client needs and develop rapport
- Research prospective clients for leads
- Document client interaction in CRM
- Partnering with Outside Sales to build pipeline
Requirements
- 6 + months of inside sales experience preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience cold calling preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience with MS Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Familiarity with CRM systems
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
