Oversee the implementation and execution of Sureify’s solutions, ensuring on-time delivery and high-quality outcomes.
Establish best practices for client service delivery, streamlining processes and optimizing resources.
Serve as the primary liaison for clients, building strong partnerships and ensuring Sureify’s solutions align with clients’ strategic goals.
Work closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Support teams to align client needs with Sureify’s capabilities and roadmap.
Regularly update internal and external stakeholders on project status, risks, and strategic initiatives.
Requirements
8+ years of leadership experience in client services, account management, or solution delivery within the enterprise SaaS, InsurTech, or financial services industries.
Proven track record of managing large-scale client engagements and delivering complex technology solutions.
Strong ability to build a strategic partnership with clients.
Experience leading cross-functional teams and collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical solutions to business audiences.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field; MBA or equivalent experience preferred.
