You manage all on-floor activities (staff, merchandise handling, visual merchandising, brand presentation, operations and organization), actively pitch in and act as a role model

Work experience in retail or equivalent qualifications
Your positive attitude helps balance our dynamic environment of customers, merchandise and promotions
Even when it’s busy, you keep the customer and their shopping experience in focus
You are passionate about working with our products and actively help ensure visual merchandising is implemented
You are communicative, a team player and enjoy interacting with people
Good German skills; English skills are a plus
You have initial leadership experience in (fashion) retail, enjoy being a role model and know how to foster teamwork

Even when it’s busy, you keep an overview of operations and always keep the customer and their shopping experience in mind
Your clear communication guides your team, provides reassurance and motivates
You are highly organized and optimize processes and workflows

Very good German skills; additional language skills are a plus
