Analyze supply chain data such as inventory levels, demand forecasts, service levels, transportation costs, and supplier performance to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
Design, develop, and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and reports that provide visibility to supply chain performance and support leadership decision-making.
Partner with procurement, planning, manufacturing, logistics, finance, commercial, and IT teams to align analytics initiatives with business objectives.
Build scenario models to support supply chain planning, capacity management, and risk mitigation strategies.
Provide data-driven recommendations to improve forecast accuracy, inventory optimization, OTIF, and overall operational efficiency.
Support predictive and prescriptive analytics initiatives using statistical methods and machine learning models.
Assist in the integration and optimization of ERP systems and new digital tools within supply chain data workflows.
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance across multiple systems and sources.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in supply chain analytics, data analytics, or a similar role
Strong analytical and structured problem-solving mindset
Ability to translate complex data into clear insights for non-technical stakeholders
Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
High attention to detail, strong organization skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Proactive attitude with a continuous improvement and business-oriented mindset
Advanced proficiency in Excel (complex formulas, Pivot Tables, Power Query)
Strong SQL skills for querying and manipulating large datasets
Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI
Hands-on experience with Python for data analysis, automation, and statistical modeling
Experience working with ERP systems, preferably SAP
Knowledge of MRP, DRP, demand planning, and inventory management systems
Familiarity with cloud environments such as Azure is a plus.
