Ensure assets are properly setup in the Oracle EAM system and Procal 5 when appropriate.
Create new assets in EAM utilizing new equipment data sheets (NEDS) and managing abandoned or removed assets.
Collaborate with Maintenance and Reliability resources to develop or refine PM/PdM activities and schedules to ensure regulatory compliance and asset integrity.
Build and manage the PM database within Oracle and Procal 5.
Support PSM and management of change processes to update EAM and Procal 5 as required.
Provide PM/PdM forecasting, reporting, and compliance analytics.
Provide metric development expertise and distribution of business metrics including coming PM and Inspection due dates, PM compliance, schedule compliance, reactive work, Schedule breakers, backlog analytics, overtime, cost analytics, etc.
Support the proper asset care and management of rebuildable assets.
Support development of Asset Activities through hands on development and mentoring Planners.
Support asset hierarchy and criticality reviews and updates.
Provide Oracle EAM and Procal 5 administration.
Train and mentor personnel in the Oracle and Procal 5 systems and their functionality.
Provide ad hoc analytics support using excel and PowerBI.
Requirements
High School diploma
3-5 years Relevant Experience
Demonstrated supervisory skills with ability to lead work groups
Effective communication, written and oral
Problem solving abilities, good decision-making skills, with ability to know when to escalate issues
Some experience in chemical manufacturing (Preferred)
Ability to read and understand complex plant drawings (P&ID’s, ISO’s, Underground, etc.)
Working knowledge on work orders, scheduling, maintenance plans, task lists and materials ordering using a CMMS or ERP system. (Oracle EAM Preferred)
Experience using ProCalV5 (Preferred)
Proficient at typing
Experience managing and analyzing data with Excel
Experience analyzing data and developing reports and dashboards with PowerBI (Preferred)
