Role Overview
- Provides support to the program functional area by providing data analytics to evaluate processes, identify requirements, and provide data-driven reports and suggestions to the team.
- Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.
- Performing requirements analysis.
- Documenting and communicating the results of your efforts.
- Effectively communicating insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.
- Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports.
- Working closely with clients, technicians, and managerial staff.
Requirements
- US Citizenship is required and able to obtain at minimum Public Trust clearance
- Excellent written, verbal and non-verbal communication skills.
- Successfully work with remote teams and in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrate advanced analytical skills.
- Problem analysis and resolution skills.
- Experience with Configuration Management Plans.
