Provides support to the program functional area by providing data analytics to evaluate processes, identify requirements, and provide data-driven reports and suggestions to the team.
Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.
Performing requirements analysis.
Documenting and communicating the results of your efforts.
Effectively communicating insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.
Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports.
Working closely with clients, technicians, and managerial staff.
Requirements
US Citizenship is required and able to obtain at minimum Public Trust clearance
Excellent written, verbal and non-verbal communication skills.
Successfully work with remote teams and in a fast-paced environment.
