About this role
Role Overview
Develop functions in C/C++ and C# aligned with the product architecture.
Collaborate with the team to create automation and digital transformation solutions.
Implement automated tests and perform code maintenance.
Attend team meetings to discuss improvements and project progress.
Monitor product stability and performance in production use.
Requirements
Write functions that are easily testable.
Responsible for resolving broader, more complex cases and bugs.
Understand the testing pyramid and write tests that help the team build test cases.
Use a systematic approach to debug issues.
Monitor product stability and the operational data within your team’s domain.
Support the team in identifying and proposing code and technology improvements.
Follow the product source code version control policies.
Support monitoring and enforcement of standard patterns to be followed.
Contribute to building automation for the product’s testing and deployment processes.
Design functions aligned with the overall product/business architecture.
Follow security standards and act as a steward of your application.
Share knowledge with the team and contribute to team development.
Keep documentation up to date to help the team clarify questions.
Contribute to the analysis of team metrics, helping propose actions to improve performance indicators and backlog.
Regularly support the practices and processes defined by the company, aiming for continuous improvement.
