Build and support shared infrastructure, tools, and frameworks that power Lattice’s SaaS applications.
Help improve reliability and performance by adding instrumentation, monitoring, and operational enhancements to our primarily TypeScript-based services.
Contribute to cloud infrastructure and deployment workflows using technologies like AWS, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and infrastructure-as-code.
Work closely with product engineering teams to help them adopt Developer Platform tools and follow established best practices.
Participate in on-call rotations and incident response, learning from and collaborating with more experienced engineers.

2+ years of professional experience building and maintaining production software.
Experience working in a modern programming language (we use TypeScript) and debugging production systems.
A solid foundation in software engineering fundamentals, including code quality, testing, and basic system design concepts.
Interest in infrastructure, cloud platforms, and reliability, with hands-on exposure to technologies like AWS, CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes, or IaC.
Clear communication skills and a collaborative mindset, with an interest in building maintainable, shared systems that help other engineers succeed.
