Lead collaboration across Engineering, Design, Compliance, Risk, Sales, and Support to drive product execution from ideation through launch and iteration.
Act as the product voice in cross-functional decision making, removing blockers and ensuring shared ownership of success
Deeply understand the needs of employers, payroll administrators, and employees through research, data insights, and market analysis.
Guide product discovery and delivery, ensuring quality execution, simplicity of use, and compliance with industry and regulatory standards.
Oversee performance metrics and iterate quickly based on data, customer feedback, and business impact.
Build, mentor, and grow high-performing team members and partners that can scale with the payroll business.
Foster a culture of collaboration, ownership, experimentation, and continuous learning.
Partner with the business unit leader to align on the product roadmap and support go-to-market efforts.
Requirements
10+ years of product management experience, with a strong focus on building and delivering innovative, customer-centric solutions.
3+ years of experience in the Payroll space. Managing Product for modern payroll software with demonstrated success and a proven track record of delivery
3+ years of experience managing and mentoring high-performing teams.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to leverage data to inform product decisions and drive metrics.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels.
