Requirements
- 12–15 years of professional experience in software and/or firmware development
- 5+ years of engineering management experience
- Strong technical credibility in systems-level software development (e.g., C/C++, Rust, or similar)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage senior individual contributors and/or subordinate managers
