Responsible for business development, closing sales, and supporting channels to meet quotas for assigned brands and/or business units.
Develop business plans for assigned manufacturers.
Establish relationships with channels and manufacturers.
Conduct ongoing product training and any activities that enhance commercial performance.
Stay up to date with sales certifications required by the brand.
Manage channel training on each manufacturer's tools.
Present commercial proposals, follow opportunities, and participate in the purchasing process for both equipment and licensing (new or renewal).
Coordinate course schedules with the Education Department where applicable.
Organize activities with channels to generate pipeline/forecast.
Meet the established quota for assigned manufacturers.
Align equipment and related resources with the respective manufacturer (Channel Managers, PSM, PSS).
Coordinate the SE (Systems Engineer) schedule and priorities together with the Commercial Manager.
Develop the business plans for assigned manufacturers.
Maintain relationships with the manufacturer's channels and sales teams.
Maintain relationships with key channel contacts: Sales Managers, Sales Representatives, Marketing, Purchasing.
Report and monitor the forecast with the Commercial Manager and the supplier – Nestsuite.
Monitor the purchasing process with the operations area to provide status updates to the channel.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Public Relations, or related fields.
3 to 5 years' experience in the technology market working with channels and manufacturers, with a focus on cybersecurity and firewall technologies and experience with distribution channels and vendors/manufacturers.
Good technical knowledge.
Advanced English (required) and Spanish (preferred).
Experience with ERP systems is preferred.
