Create and maintain product roadmaps, feature backlogs and product documentation such as product requirements documents, user stories, use cases, user flows, logic flows, and functional specifications
Collaborate with executive leadership to identify opportunities for growth, innovation, and differentiation in the ad tech space
Requirements
5-8 years of product management experience dealing with Consumer Apps and Conversion Optimization, ideally with exposure to gaming, loyalty, rewarded advertising and/or commerce
Proficiency with JIRA, Productboard, and other product lifecycle tools
Strong experience with product analytics tools like Amplitude or Mixpanel
Proven track record deploying game mechanics to influence user behavior (direct experience with mobile free-to-play games a huge plus)
Deep experience with A/B testing and related tools such as Statsig
Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
Strong analytical mindset; comfortable with data-driven decision making and KPI ownership
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to present ideas clearly to both technical and business stakeholders
