Lead the design of a cohesive experience across Q-CTRL’s products
Design and deliver high-quality experiences, from early concepts to polished solutions
Partner with engineering, product, and research to define long-term strategy and short-term tactics
Conduct user research and testing to better understand our users and refine our products
Refine our design system to drive consistency and scalability
Foster a culture of design excellence, mentoring and supporting the team
Other duties within the Employee's skills and experience, or with reasonable training

5+ years of product design experience (complex workflows, enterprise/B2B SaaS, developer tools, or API products preferred)
A portfolio that shows strong UX, UI, and interaction design skills with a focus on quality and craft
Proven ability to deliver end-to-end on large, complex products
Skill in turning ambiguous problems into clear, actionable design direction
Strong communication and storytelling skills to align stakeholders
Experience building and scaling design systems across products
A collaborative mindset with ease moving between discovery, prototyping, and execution
A focus on quality and the drive to help shape a high-performing design team
