Support and lead production across a range of integrated projects, including digital experiences, social and content campaigns, websites, and brand initiatives
Partner closely with creatives, strategists, technologists, and clients to plan, scope, and execute projects from kickoff through launch
Build and manage timelines, budgets, resourcing plans, and production documentation
Coordinate internal teams and external vendors to ensure work is delivered on time and on budget
Help identify risks early and propose smart, practical solutions
Maintain clear communication across teams and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
Support senior producers and production leadership on larger or more complex initiatives as needed
Requirements
3–5 years of experience as a Producer, Integrated Producer, or similar role within an agency, studio, or production environment
Experience working across multiple mediums, including digital, social, content, and integrated brand work
Strong organizational and communication skills with high attention to detail
A collaborative mindset and comfort working with multidisciplinary teams
Confidence managing timelines, budgets, and multiple projects at once
A solutions-oriented approach and willingness to jump in where needed
Familiarity with common production tools and workflows
