Role Overview
- Support US pricing, contracting, and managed markets analytics,
- Analyze payer contract performance and support payer pull-through targeting,
- Build and maintain recurring dashboards and reports,
- Deliver managed markets insights across formulary position,
- Leverage US healthcare datasets,
- Collaborate with US Pricing, Market Access, Managed Markets, and Finance teams,
- Apply analytical techniques to answer complex business questions.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Technology or a relevant discipline,
- 4-8 years of analytics/consulting experience,
- 2-5 years specifically in Pharma/Biotech/Healthcare analytics projects,
- Expertise in US Pharma Commercial Operations,
- Strong background in Payer Analytics,
- Exposure to 340B programs, payer contracting,
- Experience with secondary data sets (IQVIA Sales data, field interactions, etc.),
- Strong proficiency in Excel and SQL,
- Knowledge of programming languages such as Python,
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
