Role Overview
- Lead and develop a team of FP&A partners
- Own the corporate planning framework
- Create a compelling, executive-ready financial narrative
- Serve as the senior financial advisor for corporate planning
- Build frameworks and presentations to inform strategic decisions
- Coach FP&A leaders and foster a culture of continuous improvement
Requirements
- 20+ years of progressive finance experience
- Significant leadership of FP&A organizations
- Proven ability to craft and deliver executive financial narratives
- Strong command of forecasting, modeling, scenario analysis
- Experience managing both FP&A and accounting organizations
- Deep understanding of SaaS, subscription, or platform-based business models
- CPA, CFA or MBA preferred
