Interact with internal stakeholders to understand their primary needs and translate them into quantitative requirements;
Define concepts, metrics, and KPIs that support identifying specifics and aid decision-making;
Build data pipelines and models, applying business rules to provide internal stakeholders with quantitative backing for guidance;
Create analytical solutions to be presented as dashboards (from ideation and development to monitoring usage and effectiveness);
Maintain, document, and improve our code standards, pipelines, and the organization of our data warehouse;
Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and meaningful insights;
Stay up to date with the latest trends and techniques in data science and apply them to the company's data analysis projects.

Proficiency in SQL;
Structured logical reasoning, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail;
Previous experience as a Data Analyst or Business Analyst;
Ability to understand and build ELT/ETL pipelines and data modeling, both technically and strategically;
Ability to interact and communicate with stakeholders across different levels and areas;
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex data analysis results clearly;
