Director of Clinical Education and Events

Role Overview

• Drive the development and execution of clinical and professional education programs across North America
• Create impactful training experiences for orthodontists and clinical teams
• Build and maintain strong partnerships with orthodontic key opinion leaders and customers
• Develop course scheduling strategies and supervise ongoing calendar of events
• Establish and manage KPIs for training and education events
• Manage a team of Education Managers and Coordinators

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 5+ years of experience managing and overseeing doctors' speaking/training and events or equivalent experience
• 10+ years in related field or satisfactory combination of experience and training
• 5-8 years’ experience in a dental clinical customer facing role
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite programs (i.e. Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
• Ability to work evenings and weekends
• Ability to travel 50%
