Management, maintenance and optimisation of cloud infrastructure including Azure IaaS/PaaS and M365 platforms.
Contribute to the creation of operational reference architectures across Azure IaaS, PaaS and M365 platforms.
Ensure security best practices such as zero trust and least privilege access are embedded within operational practices.
Support the remediation of infrastructure vulnerabilities aligned with Core’s CE+ and ISO27001 controls.
Ensure operational processes are aligned with Microsoft’s Cloud Adoption Framework.
Act as an escalation point for the service desk and other resolver teams.
Liaise with 3rd party vendors when required.
Raising, managing, reviewing and releasing production changes.
Provide leadership and mentoring.

Proven collaboration and analytical skills to proactively drive customers’ end user technology forward.
Experience with PowerShell scripting.
Broad understanding of networking technology and principles.
Knowledge of security practices and the implementation of tools that provide MFA, DLP, Proxy services, encryption, event logging and alerting.
Prior experience of working for a Managed Services Provider.
