Overseeing CSS Quality Assurance operations to ensure Treatment Designs consistently meet clinical, technical, and regulatory quality standards
Managing the QA Inspection Queue by prioritizing workflows to achieve cycle‑time targets and maintain high operational efficiency
Assigning, balancing, and monitoring QA workloads while providing coverage, escalation support, and expert guidance on complex clinical or quality issues
Ensuring consistent adherence to QMS requirements, supporting audits, driving root‑cause analyses, contributing to CAPA activities, and maintaining documentation compliance
Leading continuous improvement initiatives by partnering cross‑functionally to strengthen procedures, enhance quality protocols, and serving as the primary QA authority for disputes and stakeholder escalations
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or higher
2 years of supervisory experience in dental and orthodontic industries
English Level: Intermediate or above (>B1)
Skilled in analyzing dashboards and metrics, with experience in Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps)
Ability to adjust shift for occasional quarterly operational events (no more than once per quarter)
Proficient in interpreting orthodontic records, prescriptions, and tooth‑movement principles to support technical dispute and escalation resolution
