Build event-driven systems to manage pet health data, streamline vet workflows, and simplify pet parent interactions
Turn cutting-edge AI into reliable, production-ready features (guardrails, evals, monitoring)
Collaborate directly with vets, ops, and product teams to create meaningful, measurable improvements in pet health outcomes

5+ years shipping impactful software at scale
Comfortable with TypeScript, React, Next.js, and GCP (or similar and quick to adapt)
Pragmatic builder – knowing when to scale and when to iterate quickly
You have great product thinking, and love to understand the user problem, challenge requirements, and push for outcomes over output
Obsessed with reliability, observability, and trustworthiness
Clear communicator, effective collaborator across teams
Strong backend foundations: highly scalable distributed systems with solid resilience processes and auditability of all automated decisions
Experience with event-driven architectures or workflow engines
