Participation in acquisition transactions
The intern will participate in acquisitions of solar projects, rights and permits, or SPV equity
Participation in financing transactions
The intern will participate in the financing of solar projects
Participation in drafting contracts and various legal instruments
The intern will be involved in drafting various legal documents, commercial leases, intra-group agreements, minutes, chairman's reports, NDAs, etc.
Monitoring and handling of various formalities
The intern will carry out routine and ad hoc formalities for a portfolio of approximately 50 companies
Cross-functional topics
The intern will contribute to cross-functional topics or CSR initiatives
Legal monitoring, research and drafting legal memoranda
The intern will be required to draft legal notes and memos

Currently enrolled in a Master's-level program (Bac+5 equivalent) (e.g., Master 2 in corporate structuring, business law, Institute of Business Law, energy law, etc.)
LLM or DJCE preferred, with a good awareness of the issues facing the renewable energy sector
Strong interest in renewable energy, agriculture, and environmental public policy
Strong analytical and synthesis skills, rigor, autonomy, and intellectual curiosity
