Role Overview
- Parts Interpreting for trade, internal and retail customers
- Answering the parts phone and interpreting parts – Internal and External
- Attend to customers efficiently and courteously
- Handle internal & external business as required
- Liaise with warehouse staff
Requirements
- Previous Interpreting experience with motor vehicles will be highly regarded but not necessary as training will be provided
- Communicate clearly with customers & possess a good phone manner
- ERA (Pentana)
- candidates exposed to this system would be highly regarded but not essential
