Independently planning maintenance and repair measures.
Participating in the implementation of major building maintenance projects and smaller new-build, conversion, and extension projects within the scope of building services engineering.
Optimizing costs for technical and infrastructural FM services.
Scheduling, coordinating, and monitoring the performance of external service providers.
Close collaboration with our maintenance technicians.
Requirements
Completed vocational training or a degree in facility management, building services/utility engineering, electrical engineering, building technology or a comparable qualification.
Professional experience in a comparable position.
Excellent German language skills, spoken and written (C1).
Solid knowledge of technical facility management.
Customer-oriented demeanor, strong organizational skills, and assertiveness.
Proficient in MS Office and ideally experienced with CAFM systems.
Valid driving license (Class B).
