Area Manager – Technical Facility Management

Role Overview

• Managing multiple clients.
• Ensuring compliance with and implementation of all relevant regulations and guidelines in technical facility management.
• Independently planning maintenance and repair measures.
• Participating in the implementation of major building maintenance projects and smaller new-build, conversion, and extension projects within the scope of building services engineering.
• Optimizing costs for technical and infrastructural FM services.
• Scheduling, coordinating, and monitoring the performance of external service providers.
• Close collaboration with our maintenance technicians.

Requirements

• Completed vocational training or a degree in facility management, building services/utility engineering, electrical engineering, building technology or a comparable qualification.
• Professional experience in a comparable position.
• Excellent German language skills, spoken and written (C1).
• Solid knowledge of technical facility management.
• Customer-oriented demeanor, strong organizational skills, and assertiveness.
• Proficient in MS Office and ideally experienced with CAFM systems.
• Valid driving license (Class B).
