Execute the sales process at the direction of the Regional Director of Sales to meet individual quotas and contribute to the regional and national targets.
Direct engagement with management teams of potential corporate clients and referral partners (Pre-IPO Companies, Public Companies, Law firms, and other key influencers)
Drive new customers through the process from leads to close business
either as a direct sale or a co-sell through collaboration across business lines and/or geographical territories
Collaborate cross-functionally throughout the sales and solutioning process.
Work with existing customer base to identify and execute cross-sell opportunities.
Business Development activities to obtain new customer and partner relations by developing and maintaining prospect and customer list based on strategic market data and other sources for sales leads
Document all sales activities in Salesforce
Stay informed, and build and expertise on market trends, competitors, and our product portfolio
Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
College Degree preferred
5+ years of relevant experience selling complex solutions, preferably in the financial services, financial technology, and payments space.
5-10 years proven track-record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
Results-oriented with ability natural ability to open doors
Problem solving and analytical skills, combined with strong business acumen
Natural communicator with excellent negotiation, persuasive and interpersonal skills at all levels including effective presentation skills at an executive level
Proficient in successfully managing short to long strategic sales cycles
Driven with enthusiasm to meet high sales targets and to succeed under demanding pressure with minimal oversight.
