About this role
Role Overview
- Support customer onboarding, ensuring all credit checks, terms, and internal processes
- Maintain and monitor customer credit limits
- Partner with account managers to resolve receivables queries
- Post and allocate customer payments promptly
- Reconcile customer accounts regularly
- Work closely with the logistics team to ensure returns are processed correctly
- Support continuous improvement and automation initiatives
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a credit control or accounts receivable role
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent organisational skills
- High attention to detail
- Experience with major ERP systems (e.g. NetSuite) is desirable
- Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formula auditing) is desirable
