Coordination of internal directive management
Supporting local compliance teams with implementation
Responsible for core compliance processes such as annual planning and the compliance training framework
Ensuring data entry and data quality in the GRC tool
Supporting Legal and the Information & Data Governance team in adapting data-protection-specific directives and guiding the business in operational implementation
Defining training content and conducting risk assessments related to data protection & AI

University degree (preferably in business, law, or risk management) or equivalent professional experience
At least 3 years' experience in the insurance, financial, or consulting industry
Experience designing and delivering training
Data analysis skills and affinity for technologies such as O365, PowerApps, and Power BI
Very good German and English skills
