About this role
Role Overview
- Responsible for the economic, commercial and financial performance of the Fert Métal Business Unit
- Monitor margins, P&L, cash flow and working capital requirements
- Define and manage purchasing and sales pricing strategies
- Negotiate with buyers
- Develop partnerships and manage the customer portfolio
- Analyze the economic performance of sites and propose corrective actions
- Coordinate with operations, maintenance, transport, QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety & Environment) and management control
Requirements
- Experience in economic and financial management
- Strong negotiation skills
- Experience managing partnerships
- Strong skills in economic performance analysis
- Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of QHSE and regulatory requirements
- Experience in an industrial or commercial environment
